With a strong focus on personalized service, we are expanding our team and seeking a Telecalling Executive – Travel Sales to help us connect with potential agents and customers, build strong relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and travel agents to promote our services.
• Present customized travel itineraries and explain package details, inclusions, and pricing.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable domestic or international packages.
• Follow up on leads regularly to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, calls, and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Consistently achieve daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to overall sales performance.

Requirements

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales (travel industry preferred).
• Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive and customer-friendly approach.
• Basic knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and itineraries is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a positive, motivated attitude.
• Organized, self-driven, and capable of managing leads effectively.
