Job Summary:

Globe Enterprises is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller Executive to join our team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, generating leads, providing information about products and services, and contributing to the overall success of our sales and customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our products and services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into clients.
• Product Knowledge: Clearly explain product features, pricing, and services to customers, addressing any queries or concerns.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with any post-sales issues or inquiries.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, leads, and feedback.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Graduation is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi/English.
• Sales Skills: Ability to handle objections, close sales, and upsell effectively.
• Customer-Centric: A friendly and professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and address customer queries with solutions.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts if required.
