Tele Calling Executive- Ernakulam

Job description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, handling inbound inquiries, providing product/service information, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services.
• Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Handle complaints or objections professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain call records and update CRM software regularly.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and product/service issues.

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Local Language(s)].
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
• Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Hindi and English language fluency is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
