Job Overview:
As a Telecalling Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your main responsibility will be making outbound calls, explaining our services, and generating leads for the sales team. This role is perfect for freshers who want to build their career in sales and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and share details about our services.
• Explain company offerings like web development, mobile apps, and digital marketing.
• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups or meetings for the senior sales team.
• Maintain records of calls and update client information in the database.
• Handle basic customer queries politely and professionally.
• Work towards achieving daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident, polite, and clear on phone calls.
• No prior experience required—training will be provided.
• Ability to stay motivated and handle rejections positively.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate (any stream).
