Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic SEO/SMO Executive to join our onsite team. This role is perfect for someone eager to kickstart or grow their career in digital marketing. You will work on optimizing our online presence through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies. Freshers with a keen interest in learning and experienced candidates looking to showcase their skills are both welcome to apply! Key Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research and analysis to improve website rankings on search engines like Google. Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including content optimization, link building, and meta-tag creation. Manage and enhance social media profiles to boost brand visibility and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar platforms. Assist in creating and scheduling engaging social media content aligned with marketing goals. Stay updated on the latest SEO and SMO trends, algorithms, and best practices. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive digital strategies. Prepare basic reports on SEO/SMO performance and suggest improvements. Skills and Qualifications: Basic understanding of SEO and SMO concepts (training provided for freshers). Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, or social media management platforms is a plus (but not mandatory). Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn. Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of content creation or digital marketing is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field (IT, Marketing, or related fields preferred but not required). Freshers with relevant coursework, projects, or certifications are encouraged to apply.
