Consumer Insights vertical is within the larger Marketing team of Moneyview. The team works on getting a deeper understanding of the consumer across various dimensions. This is done through various Consumer Research projects such as large-scale quantitative surveys, focus group discussions, depth interviews, and observational studies. The understanding gained through such studies is then used to help the Product, Marketing and Design teams in the development and execution of the various product/ website changes and marketing initiatives.

Position Overview: Intern Consumer Insights

We are seeking a self-driven individual to join the Consumer Insights Team in Bangalore as a researcher (position of Intern). This position requires an analytical mindset, excellent communication and oratory skills, keenness to learn, excellent customer engagement ability, and strong listening & observation skills. Youll be part of a growing team with an opportunity to build a strong career in Consumer Research and Insights.

Stipend - 10k/Month

Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Be Limited To

Reach out to consumers and engage them in conversations Collection of data on consumers, competitors, and marketplace basis these conversations Asking follow-up questions and collecting clear and usable information from consumers Manage and ensure the highest level of data quality. Recording data quickly and accurately Consolidation of information into actionable items and datasheet Working on advanced excel and powerpoint Should be able to manage time well and meet deadlines An Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Must have good communication skills Must have good command on Hindi and English Usage/ Knowledge of AI tools Knowing an additional language would be a plus Fresh college pass outs are also welcome, but must be totally open towards a calling role
