About the Role:
We are seeking a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, promoting our products or services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database or through self-generated leads.
• Explain products/services and answer questions about them.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or in customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [preferred languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
• Good listening skills and the ability to handle rejections positively.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer support.
• Knowledge of relevant products/services in the company’s industry.
