Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-spoken, friendly, and organized Receptionist to manage front-desk operations at our car showroom. As the first point of contact for our clients, the receptionist plays a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth administrative support to the sales and service departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet walk-in customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Handle incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
• Maintain the reception area’s appearance and manage visitor logbook
• Schedule customer appointments for test drives, service, or meetings
• Assist with basic administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and maintaining records
• Handle inquiries about vehicle models, pricing, and showroom services
• Coordinate with sales and service staff for customer follow-ups
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
• Provide refreshments to clients during wait times when required
• Support marketing or promotional activities occasionally

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language)
• Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM entry)
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Prior experience in a showroom, hotel, or front office role is an advantage

Working Hours:

• 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, 6 days a week.
