Job Title: Telecaller Location: Reports To: Admissions Manager / Marketing Manager

Job Summary: The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students and parents to provide information about the institution’s courses and services, answer inquiries, and generate leads for admissions. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a goal-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about courses, admissions, and events. - Respond to inbound calls and queries professionally and promptly. - Maintain and update the lead database accurately. - Follow up with prospective students to guide them through the admission process. - Assist the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets. - Provide feedback to management on lead quality and trends. - Support marketing campaigns by contacting potential leads. - Ensure adherence to institutional policies and communication standards.

Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus. - Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. - Persuasive and confident with a positive attitude. - Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM tools. - Goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets. - Professional demeanor and ability to handle objections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
