Role Overview

We are sourcing 30 Telecallers for your RS Puram branch. The candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and contributing to lead generation and sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound/outbound calls in a professional manner.

Present product/service information clearly to customers.

Generate and nurture leads through regular follow-ups.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Candidate Profile

Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

Communication: Proficient in Tamil & English; additional languages will be an added advantage.

Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service abilities.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can be considered.

Tech: Basic computer knowledge required.

Compensation

Salary Range: ?10,000 ?15,000/month (depending on experience).
