Job Description

  • The job is to reach out to various customers over phone, explain them our project details and Understand the Customer requirements.

  • Required at least 1 year experience Candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.

  • Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right project to the Customers.

  • Explaining the project details.

  • Understand the Customer requirements. And encourage them for site visit.


Skill and Competencies Required

  • Business Knowledge Process Knowledge.

  • Language skills English / Regional language.

  • Telemarketing / Selling Skills.

  • Basic computer skills MS Excel, Word.

  • UG : Any Graduate in Any Specialization

Office Timings : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Tuesday will be week off
