Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing ExecutiveJob Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and generating leads or sales while maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain products or services and answer queries.
Follow up on previous contacts and inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Handle complaints or escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives or follow-up calls.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication skills in [mention language(s) like English, Hindi, etc.].
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Patience, confidence, and a pleasant phone manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
