Job Summary:

Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
inbound and outbound calls
professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding properties, pricing, availability, and project details.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-up.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing prompt and efficient service.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Provide feedback to the management regarding customer preferences, needs, and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate with relevant experience in tele-calling, preferably in real estate.
Proven experience in
customer service, telemarketing, or call center roles
.
Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.
Ability to handle objections, convince, and build rapport with customers.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Positive attitude, patience, and good listening skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
