Tele Caller - LAP

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
• Engage customers effectively to identify potential business leads and assess their eligibility.
• Achieve assigned daily and weekly sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing timely information and resolving concerns efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence customers over the phone.
