What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, Computer Science, Psychology, or related field of study Experience working in enterprise software design (3+ years) Experience in user-centered design interviews and needs assessments, tasks analysis, persona development, use cases, and user stories definition Experience with using corporate design systems and managing design systems for individual products Experience with using Figma to design mockups and deliver prototypes that can be made adaptive for users on different devices Familiarity with accessibility and how to design accessible product experiences Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills that make you a valuable team member Confidence in setting priorities for your work while also communicating expectations to leadership Knowledge of the B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) industry and work/resource management software is a plus Ability to work remotely, and from the Bengaluru office location at least two days a week
