Job Description

Apollo Hospitals is looking for Tele Caller - Healthcare Logistics to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, insurance companies, and other healthcare providers.
Manage patient records and update them with new information.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to resolve patient queries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with patients and stakeholders.
Meet or exceed daily call volume targets and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines is required.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
