Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential buyers from our CRM database and inquiry lists.
  • Explain project details clearly (price, location, floor plans, amenities).
  • Convert inquiries into qualified leads and schedule site visits for sales managers.
  • Follow up with warm leads and nurture them through the decision-making process.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and next actions in the CRM.
  • Respond to incoming phone/email/WhatsApp inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Meet weekly/monthly call targets, lead conversion, and site visit goals.
  • Share brochures, project links, and price sheets as needed via WhatsApp or email.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team for fresh lead assignment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lucknow G.P.O., Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
