Duties & Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to potential buyers from our CRM database and inquiry lists. Explain project details clearly (price, location, floor plans, amenities). Convert inquiries into qualified leads and schedule site visits for sales managers. Follow up with warm leads and nurture them through the decision-making process. Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and next actions in the CRM. Respond to incoming phone/email/WhatsApp inquiries in a professional manner. Meet weekly/monthly call targets, lead conversion , and site visit goals . Share brochures, project links, and price sheets as needed via WhatsApp or email. Coordinate with the digital marketing team for fresh lead assignment.
