Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller – Aviation Counsellor
Location: Thane, Mumbai
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office
Industry: Aviation & Education
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential students interested in aviation courses.
Counsel students about courses, fees, batch schedules, and career prospects.
Convert inquiries into walk-ins and admissions.
Follow-up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups in CRM.
Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with the training and operations team for scheduling and updates.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, counseling, or inside sales (aviation or education sector preferred).
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM, email, WhatsApp business, etc.)

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience) + Incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,850.18 - ₹30,000.00 per month
