Job Description

We are looking for experinced Female Tele Caller Executive

Roles and Responsibilities of a Telecaller Executive1. Customer Interaction & Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries effectively.
Maintain a professional and courteous communication style.

2. Sales & Follow-Ups

Explain product details, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Persuade potential customers to buy products or services.
Follow up with leads via calls, messages, or emails to convert them into sales.

3. Customer Support & Relationship Management

Address customer concerns, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

4. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer details.
Provide daily/weekly reports on call performance and lead conversion.

5. Target Achievement & Performance Monitoring

Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Continuously improve performance based on feedback and training.

6. Compliance & Professionalism

Follow company policies, sales scripts, and compliance guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling customer data.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
