Tele caller Executive - Real Estate

Lead Generation: Making outbound calls to generate leads and identify potential clients interested in real estate properties. Following Up: Following up with leads to understand their needs, answer questions, and schedule property viewings. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to potential buyers and tenants, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues. Sales and Promotion: Promoting real estate properties, highlighting their benefits, and encouraging purchases. Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling appointments for the sales team to meet with potential clients. Database Management: Maintaining and updating contact information of prospects and clients. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients. Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients. Listening Skills: Actively listening to client needs and concerns. Persuasion Skills: Encouraging potential clients to make purchases. Customer Handling Skills: Dealing with a variety of client personalities and situations. CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems for managing leads and client data. Real Estate Knowledge: Basic understanding of the real estate market.
