Telecaller – Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers for order follow-ups and service updates. Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer inquiries. Call and coordinate with job candidates for hiring and interview scheduling. Maintain call logs, update customer records, and report daily activity. Support sales and admin teams with communication and coordination tasks.
