Tele Caller Executive

Job Title: Telecaller – Loan Department Location: [Noida -2] Job Type: Full-Time Department: Loan/Finance Reports To: Team Leader / Loan Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Loan Department . The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and process various loan products such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, and more. You will play a key role in lead generation, customer engagement, and loan application follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads and potential customers for loan products. Explain loan products and services clearly and convincingly. Handle inquiries regarding eligibility, interest rates, terms, and documentation. Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Schedule appointments for loan officers or assist customers through the application process. Ensure all communications are in compliance with company policies and lending regulations. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Handle basic customer complaints and escalate complex issues to relevant departments. Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline preferred. Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in banking, NBFCs, or financial services. Skills: Excellent communication (verbal and written) in [Insert local language + English/Hindi]. Good convincing and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of loan products and banking terms. Ability to work with targets and under pressure. Familiarity with CRM or telecalling software is a plus.
