Position Overview:

We are seeking a Telecaller Executive to join our coordination and communication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling interactions with teachers and guardians, facilitating the registration process, and maintaining smooth operational coordination between both parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential teachers and guardians.
• Explain the registration process, institute policies, and available services in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all communications, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate effectively between guardians and teachers to ensure proper scheduling and placement.
• Handle queries with patience, clarity, and professionalism.
• Support the management team in achieving monthly performance and registration targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or educational coordination will be preferred.
