Role Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller (Intern/Executive) who will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling travel inquiries, and filtering quality leads for the sales team. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential leads and existing inquiries.
• Explain MusafirBaba’s travel services, tour packages, and visa assistance clearly to customers.
• Filter and qualify leads based on customer needs and travel preferences.
• Forward high-quality leads to the sales team for follow-up and conversion.
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
• Maintain call logs, lead records, and reporting in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
• For interns: Learn call-handling techniques and assist in lead management.

Requirements

• For Interns: Freshers with good communication skills and interest in sales/customer service.
• For Executives: 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or customer support.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus).
• Strong listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools (preferred).
