Job Overview:

We are seeking a Telecaller who will be the voice of Medjeex, engaging with prospective students and parents to inform them about our courses, address their queries, and guide them in their decision-making process. The role demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a student-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to explain our courses and offerings.
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information regarding our programs.
• Understand student needs and recommend appropriate courses.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and follow-ups in the database/CRM.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents to encourage enrollment.
• Resolve any queries or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
• Coordinate with the sales and academic teams for smooth communication and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (Knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
• Good listening skills and the ability to understand student/parent needs.
• Persuasive and goal-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining call records and data entry.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong follow-up skills to ensure conversions.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
