We are passionate about building technology that helps businesses grow and succeed. Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Part-Time Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on leads, explaining our services, and setting appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads from provided databases. Explain company services and offerings clearly and professionally. Follow up on leads and maintain a daily call report. Generate interest and schedule meetings or demos with the business development team. Maintain call logs, records, and update CRM regularly. Handle customer queries and direct them to the appropriate department. Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati. Basic knowledge of IT services is a plus. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent. Comfortable with phone-based work and speaking to clients. Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant speaking voice. Knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
