Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about services/products. Answer incoming calls from customers to address their inquiries or concerns. Maintain customer database and update information accurately. Schedule appointments or follow-up calls as needed. Explain company offerings clearly and effectively to generate interest or leads. Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers at all times. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and performance goals. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred) Ability to handle rejection and remain confident Strong convincing power and customer handling skills Fluent in [Insert language(s) – e.g., Hindi, Gujarati, English] Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred Experience in telecalling/customer service/sales is an advantage (Freshers can apply) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Weekend availability Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
