Tele Caller Executive

Kopuram Promoter & Builders is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller with strong communication skills to join our real estate marketing team. Your role is to call potential customers, explain our DTCP & RERA approved plots, fix site visits, and support our sales executives.

Responsibilities

• Female candidates preferred
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
• Explain project details clearly (Plots, Villa Projects, Offers, Location Benefits)
• Fix appointments and schedule site visits for sales team
• Maintain daily call logs and follow-up records
• Meet daily/weekly targets for leads and conversions

Requirements

• 0–3 years of telecalling / customer support / sales experience
• Strong communication skills (Tamil essential; basic English optional)
• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude
• Ability to explain project details clearly
• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, Call tracking apps)
• Fresher with good communication also can apply
