Tele Caller Executive

Position: Telecaller (Female Candidates Only)

We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through both inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, addressing customer inquiries, and promoting our services. We are seeking a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Contact potential clients to introduce and explain our products/services.
• Inbound Call Handling: Respond to incoming calls, resolve customer queries, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Lead Generation: Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.
• Client Relationship Management: Update and maintain client information in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Service Promotion: Clearly explain and promote our offerings based on client needs.
• Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings or calls between potential clients and the sales/management team.
• Customer Support: Address customer concerns and work towards timely resolution to ensure satisfaction.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed call logs, feedback, and follow-up records using CRM tools.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets related to calls and leads.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
