Tele Caller Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a smart and goal-driven Telecaller who can communicate effectively and identify potential prospects through outbound calls. The role requires making 70–100 calls daily to connect with potential clients and convert them into qualified leads. If you believe in working smart, not just hard, and are eager to learn and grow — we’d love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Make 70–100 outbound calls per day to identify and qualify potential prospects

2.Present company products and services confidently and clearly over the phone

3.Generate and nurture leads through follow-ups and relationship building

4.Maintain accurate call records and update lead information regularly

5.Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets

6.Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image

Requirements:

1.Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and English

2.Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly attitude

3.Basic computer skills and data entry knowledge

4.Prior experience in telecalling or telesales is an advantage (freshers can apply)

5.A strong desire to push yourself, learn, and grow professionally
