Job Description

Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients, property buyers, or investors to promote real estate properties. ● Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads from various sources, including online inquiries, referrals, and advertisements. ● Property Presentation: Provide detailed information on real estate projects, including pricing, location, amenities, and investment potential. ● Schedule Appointments: Set up property viewings and meetings with clients, and assist with the scheduling of site visits. ● Follow-Ups: Regularly follow up with leads and potential buyers to answer questions, provide additional information, and move the sale process forward. ● Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring all communications and interactions are logged accurately. ● Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs, including lead conversion rates and call quotas Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
