Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company’s database.
● Introduce and explain Trip & Event’s travel packages, offers, and services in a clear and engaging manner.
● Maintain a professional tone while promoting the brand and creating awareness.
● Generate leads and encourage customers to explore our services.
● Keep records of customer interactions and update the database as needed.
● Work closely with the team to achieve monthly outreach and conversion targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
● Female candidates preferred.
● Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali; knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
● Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach.
● Willingness to learn; prior experience in travel or telesales will be beneficial but not mandatory.
● Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
