Position: Telecaller
Location: Femina Flaunt Studio Salon
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, promote salon services, follow up with potential customers, and maintain client relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, sales ability, and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about salon services, offers, and packages.
Answer incoming calls, address inquiries, and provide accurate information.
Schedule client appointments and coordinate with the front desk.
Maintain and update the client database with call records and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Upsell and cross-sell salon services and packages.
Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, social media, and walk-ins.
Handle customer queries and concerns professionally to ensure client satisfaction.
Report daily call status, feedback, and conversions to the manager.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or similar role (preferably in salon, spa, or retail industry).
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Pleasant and confident phone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
Customer-focused attitude with persuasive skills.
