Job Title: Tele caller Executive ( Freshers ) Experience: 0 to 1+ years Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives Location: Delhi Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele- Caller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads through social media platforms, and effectively pitching software products to potential customers. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and pitch software products. Generate and qualify leads from various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Engage with customers over the phone to understand their needs and provide relevant product information. Maintain a database of customer information and follow up on leads. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies. Requirements: 0 to 1+ years of experience in telemarketing or outbound calling. Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Ability to confidently interact with customers and handle objections. Familiarity with using social media for lead generation is a plus. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
