Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating leads/sales for our company. You will be responsible for handling outbound and/or inbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and pitching products or services accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using pre-defined scripts.
• Answer questions about products or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales or generate quality leads.
• Update customer information in the database.
• Handle grievances or escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support. Freshers can apply.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in [specify languages: English, Hindi, etc.].
• Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them confidently.
• Good negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, data entry).
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
