Job Summary:
We are seeking a service-oriented Tele caller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, scheduling service appointments, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone/email.
· Schedule service appointments and manage bookings.
· Follow up with customers for feedback and service reminders.
· Provide information on services, maintenance, and repairs.
· Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
Requirements:
· 1-3 years of experience as Tele caller in automobile industry
· Ability to work in a customer-facing environment.
· Proficiency in local language and English (optional).
· Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
