Tele Caller Executive

We are seeking a proactive and professional Tele Caller to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inbound queries, following up on leads, and providing basic information about our legal services. You will serve as the first point of contact, playing a crucial role in client acquisition and support. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients regarding legal services (e.g., family law, property matters, civil or criminal cases, etc.). Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries professionally. Explain legal service offerings and schedule appointments with lawyers. Follow up with leads generated through various channels (website, referrals, ads). Maintain a detailed database of calls and client interactions using CRM or internal software. Coordinate with internal legal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met. Handle sensitive and confidential client information with discretion. Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Requirements: Minimum qualification: High School Diploma / Bachelor's Degree preferred. Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or legal support is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English and local languages. Polite, confident, and persuasive phone manner. Basic understanding of legal terminology (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficient in using computers, email, and call management software.
