Job Title: Telesales Executive – Real Estate (Property Sales)

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Executives to join our real estate sales team. The role involves connecting with prospective customers over the phone, promoting residential/commercial properties, and converting leads into site visits and closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers and explain property details, pricing, and investment benefits.
• Handle inbound inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, digital ads, and property portals.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits with the sales team.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up consistently to ensure conversions.
• Build rapport with clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable projects.
• Coordinate with the on-ground sales team for closures and post-sales follow-up.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales conversions.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of telesales experience (Real Estate / Insurance / Banking preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and property listing portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary (₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month) + Attractive Incentives on Conversions
