As a key part of our student enrolment and sales process, you’ll be responsible for engaging with potential students, handling inquiries, and guiding them through the admissions process. You’ll play a critical role in converting leads into admissions by providing accurate information, timely follow-ups, and a positive experience. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi , as well as the ability to manage a high volume of daily interactions . Key Responsibilities: Make 80–100 Daily Calls Initiate and maintain contact with potential students via phone, explain course details, resolve queries, and invite them to the center. Engage with Walk-ins Greet and counsel walk-in visitors, understand their career goals, and recommend the right course options. Lead Follow-ups Regularly follow up with leads to provide additional information and assist with enrolment.Offer one-on-one counselling to guide students on course content, batch schedules, and career opportunities after completion.Maintain accurate daily and weekly reports of inquiries, calls, and admissions. Achieve set monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute admission strategies and boost enrolments.
