Job Title: Telecaller (Sales & Lead Conversion)
Location: Gurugram

Experience: 1–3 years preferred (IT Sector preferred)
Salary: up to 30k

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and confident Telecaller who can effectively connect with potential leads, build rapport, and convert interest into meetings and deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to coordinate effectively with the Business Development team to help drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call on inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
• Engage prospects professionally and persuasively to understand their requirements.
• Explain our services clearly and compellingly to spark interest and move the conversation forward.
• Set up and schedule meetings between leads and the Business Development team.
• Follow up diligently to ensure the meetings happen as scheduled and leads are nurtured consistently.
• Keep accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to the marketing/sales teams.
• Meet weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.

Who You Are:

• A great communicator who can build instant connections over the phone.
• Someone with a go-getter attitude and strong persuasion skills.
• Well-organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a bonus).
• Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining daily call records.
