Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and closing sales. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Promote and sell products/services over the phone. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Maintain a detailed record of all interactions in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively. Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution. Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and market trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets. Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM systems. High school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in [industry-Telecommunication/ Sales/ Marketing].Familiarity with sales techniques like consultative selling and objection handling.
