Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller/Admission Counsellor located in Bhubaneswar. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective students and parents, providing guidance on academic programs, and assisting with the admission process. The candidate will address inquiries, explain available courses, counsel students on career paths, and maintain accurate records of communication in CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls attend admission inquiries (walk-ins, calls, leads).

Counsel students and parents on programs, eligibility, fees, and career pathways.

Achieve monthly and annual admission conversion targets.

Maintain accurate inquiry and follow-up records in CRM/MIS.

Participate in admission drives, open houses, and counseling sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and telephonic skills to engage with prospective students and families effectively.
• Counseling and advisory skills to guide students on academic courses, eligibility, and career goals.
• Organizational and record-keeping skills, including accuracy in maintaining CRM data and documentation.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with MS Office tools.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in education, communication, or related fields, or relevant experience.
• Prior experience in tele-calling, admission counseling, or customer engagement is advantageous.
