Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Tele Call role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with the flexibility of some work-from-home opportunities. The Tele Caller will engage in daily outbound and inbound calls with clients and prospects, promote services, schedule appointments, and maintain client records. They will provide timely follow-ups, address client queries, and ensure exceptional customer service while meeting established targets. This role requires clear communication and an ability to build strong client relationships over the phone.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in verbal communication and an excellent command of the English language
• Customer relationship management skills, including handling queries and providing resolutions
• Ability to manage calls with professionalism and a customer-focused approach
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or other telecalling software
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
