Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Tele Call role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with the flexibility of some work-from-home opportunities. The Tele Caller will engage in daily outbound and inbound calls with clients and prospects, promote services, schedule appointments, and maintain client records. They will provide timely follow-ups, address client queries, and ensure exceptional customer service while meeting established targets. This role requires clear communication and an ability to build strong client relationships over the phone. Qualifications Proficiency in verbal communication and an excellent command of the English language Customer relationship management skills, including handling queries and providing resolutions Ability to manage calls with professionalism and a customer-focused approach Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or other telecalling software Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
