Qualification & Skills Strong knowledge on Networking Concepts WAN/LAN/WLAN/ SDWAN MAN/MPLS/VPN, TCP/IP, Switches/Routers/Load balancers/WAN/ SDWAN Optimizers/ Firewalls and data communications technologies.IP Routing protocols BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, VRRP, LDP,RSVP, STP, RSTP, MSTP, Multicast, Policy based routing etcNetwork technologies and solutions including IPv6, MPLs, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, HSRP, multicast, policy-based routing, ether-channel, QoS, traffic-shaping, Load balancing, VPN tunnels, WAN Optimization.TM Forum Autonomous Networks Architecture & designing automation use cases/capabilities in network domain.Extensive experience in Wireless communications, network architecture, and protocol design with a focus on 5G technology. 5G specifications, standards, protocols including NR, NG-RAN, and 5GC & & network slicing5G RAN equipment, core network elements, and virtualization platforms (e.g., OpenStack, Kubernetes).Hands on experience in more than 5 of below products Network Provisioning/orchestration Products (Nokia DOC, Ericsson ESOA, ServiceNow, Microsoft AOSM & AOI)Network Assurance/Monitoring/observability Products (SNMP, Wireshark, Nagios, Thousand Eye, Elisa Polystar)Network security products around policies and firewall administration (Cisco, Checkpoint and Palo Alto firewalls)Must-Haves Multiple Telco client engagement & solutioning experienceExcellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making & client facing skills. Working experience in agile delivery model/teams.Proficient in TM Forum advancements in the space of autonomous networks & autonomous operations. Desirable Knowledge of TM Forum ODA & OpenAPI concepts Relevant networking certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP/CCIE/CISSP etc), Industry certifications (e.g 5G NR Professional, CCIE Wireless) & TM Forum certificationsRelevant experience of more than 15 years in the network solutioning roles.Key Responsibilities -Network Design and Architecture:Lead the architecture & design of Network & 5G solutionsDefine network topology, radio access technologies, and core network elements to support diverse use cases and applications.Ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications (Like 3GPP, TM Forum AN Architecture) while incorporating industry best practices and emerging trends.Core Network Integration:Architect core network elements, including Service-Based Architecture (SBA), Network Functions Virtualization (NFV), and Software-Defined Networking (SDN) components.Design seamless integration between RAN and core network elements for 5G, ensuring efficient data transport, session management, and Quality of Service (QoS) enforcement.Implement network slicing capabilities (For 5G) to support diverse service requirements and enable efficient resource utilization.Growing Capability : Lead the solutioning and proposals of opportunities around network Orchestration, Assurance & Operations. Evaluate network products in the areas of provisioning, orchestration, monitoring & security.Mentoring & training team members on network skillsSkills:
