TechOps Specialist

As a Tech Ops Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing technical systems, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting system configurations, and staying updated on industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the smooth operation of technical systems by conducting regular maintenance and optimizing performance. - Respond promptly to technical issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime. - Collaborate with other departments to understand their technical requirements and provide support in implementing solutions. - Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, issues, and resolutions. - Stay updated on industry trends, assess emerging technologies, and make recommendations for the adoption of new tools or processes. Qualifications: - Very good knowledge of MySQL with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience. - Fluency in Linux commands / Windows environments. - Experience with monitoring systems such as Nagios. - Experience with ticketing/issue tracking systems such as Atlassian's JIRA/ClickUp. - Excellent command of the English language. - Willingness to participate in on-call rotations, including weekends and holidays. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - A learning and growth-focused mindset and a strong desire to share your skills and learn from those around you.
