Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyst in the Technology & Transformation team

1. Software Development:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust Java applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Work with front-end and back-end technologies to create integrated solutions.

2. Technical Analysis & Solution Design:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and design workshops.
• Optimize existing applications for performance, scalability, and security.

3. Collaboration & Agile Development:

• Work collaboratively in agile, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand project goals and technical needs.

4. Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Develop unit tests and perform code reviews to ensure software quality.
• Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.

5. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives for efficient software delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

• Experience:

• 24 years

  of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong background in building enterprise-grade applications.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficient in

  Java

  , including Java 8+ features.
• Experience with frameworks like

  Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and Microservices

  .
• Knowledge of

  SQL, NoSQL databases

  (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with
