Job Summary:

SAP ERP Module Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End SAP ERP Implementation:

  • Lead the

    full life-cycle implementation

    of SAP ERP projects for the assigned module (e.g., Finance, HR, Quality Management).
  • Oversee all phases of the project, including

    requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment

    .
  • Ensure the seamless integration of the SAP module with other enterprise systems.
  • Module Leadership & Project Management:

  • Act as the

    Module Lead

    , providing technical leadership, managing project timelines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to align project goals.
  • Process Optimization & Compliance:

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through SAP ERP solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP implementations.
  • Training & Support:

  • Provide

    training and support

    to end-users and junior team members.
  • Manage post-implementation support, addressing issues, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

  • B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / B.Sc (IT) / B.Sc (Engg.)

    for technical roles.
  • B.Com

    for finance and billing module roles.
  • Any graduate

    for HR module roles.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience

    in SAP ERP implementations.
  • Proven experience in

    leading at least one full life-cycle SAP ERP project

    as a

    Module Lead

    for the respective module.
  • Experience in Power Utilities

    or similar industries is highly desirable.

Certifications:

  • Valid

    SAP ERP certification

    for the specific module being proposed.
  • MBA/PGDBM or CA

    degree preferred, especially for finance and business-related modules.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in

    SAP module configuration, customization, and integration

    .
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with

    SAP S/4HANA migration projects

    .
  • Familiarity with related SAP modules (e.g., MM, PM, SD, WM) for integrated implementations.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in

    Power Utilities

    .
