Analyst | SAP ABAP |

Key Responsibilities:

• Development & Customization:

• Design, develop, and maintain ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and workflows within the SAP environment.
• Customize SAP solutions to meet specific business needs while ensuring compliance with SAP best practices.

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

• Analyze and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and system errors in SAP applications.
• Provide technical support for SAP end-users and assist in system upgrades and patches.

• Collaboration & Documentation:

• Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test cases, and user guides.

• Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP applications.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.

• Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, tools, and enhancements.
• Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions to optimize SAP performance.

Qualifications:

• Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant SAP ABAP training or certifications are a plus.

• Experience:

• 25 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, WM) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of ABAP Workbench, ALV reporting, BAPI, BADIs, User Exits, and IDocs.

• Skills:

• Strong programming skills in ABAP, including ABAP Objects and data dictionary objects.
• Proficiency in SAP NetWeaver, HANA Studio, and debugging tools.
• Good understanding of database concepts, SQL, and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
